For recurring and maintenance work, the model is simple: publish a service plan (tune-ups, seasonal check-ups, recurring visits) and we route matching homeowners straight to you. There's no quoting or advisor back-and-forth — just the contact details of a homeowner who wants recurring or maintenance work in your trade, for a flat per-lead fee.

- • You're only charged for confirmed leads we send you — no subscription, no minimums, homeowners are never charged a lead fee
- • Homeowners with recurring needs (weekly, monthly, quarterly) get matched to your plan

Repairs and diagnostics work the same way
Nobody can quote a dead outlet or an AC that stopped cooling from a photo. When a homeowner submits something broken, we don't ask you to guess a price — we dispatch it as a diagnostic call-out.
